Pickled Beet

1 pound of beet: 20-40 minutes in boiling water (until tender). Then, peeled and sliced.

2 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp peeper
1/2 cup Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup Water

Bring to boil then poor on beets.

Put in the fridge and drain before serving.
